| Local Superiors attend meeting in full force |

The meeting of local superiors held at the St. Camillus Provincialate last September 23, 2008 drew perfect attendance. Eight local superiors gathered with the Provincial Superior for a meeting that was held in line with the operational indication no. 2 of the chapter on charism, spirituality and community life of the Three Year Plan of the Philippine Province. The main feature of the one-day gathering was a short seminar on “Leadership and Spirituality” animated by Br. Raymond Callo, SDB, Head of the Salesian Commission on Youth Ministry and Provincial Councilor. In the afternoon, the superiors learned about “An Integrated Approach to Managing Records and Archives” through Ms. Yolanda Granda, Professioral lecturer at UP School of Library and Information Studies, and Archivist of the Camillian Provincial Archives. After her talk, the confreres proceeded to tackle various Province concerns. The meeting then closed formally with a Eucharistic celebration at 6:00PM. |
